Academic transcript and diploma translation.
Present your educational record clearly to universities, employers, scholarship committees and other institutions in Chile or abroad. The translation preserves the content and structure of your academic documents.
Documents for study, work and admissions
Send the full record and any instructions from the receiving institution. The scope can include:
- Degrees, professional qualifications, diplomas and graduation certificates.
- Transcripts, course titles, grades, credits, academic periods and grading keys.
- Course descriptions, syllabi, study plans and teaching hours.
- Enrollment and ranking certificates, institutional letters and other study records.
Preserve academic meaning
Institution and qualification names, dates, grades and explanatory notes are handled consistently. A grading scale or course title should not be silently converted into a different educational system.
Related documents can be reviewed together so the same program, department or qualification is described consistently throughout your application.
Recipient requirements come first
Ask whether the institution accepts an independent translator’s statement and whether it requires a particular source copy, certification, authentication or delivery channel.
Translation is separate from credential evaluation, degree recognition or equivalency. It does not establish eligibility for admission, professional licensing or academic credit.
Prepare the quote request
Attach legible files, including reverse sides and grading legends. Identify the university, employer or evaluation body and your required date.
The quote confirms language direction, format, volume and any agreed certification before translation begins.
School and support-service documents
If your organization needs IEP, IFSP or IPP translation into Spanish, the education service covers those plans and related written materials separately from diplomas and academic transcripts.

Before you send your documents
Will my grades be converted into a US GPA?
No. The translation conveys the grades and explanatory information in the source. Any equivalency calculation belongs to the receiving institution or credential evaluator.
Can you translate a full syllabus?
Yes. Course descriptions and program materials are reviewed for scope, terminology, volume and delivery format.
Is certification always needed?
No. Ask the recipient which translation format it accepts before ordering.
Have a document for review?
Describe the documents, readers, purpose and any recipient instructions. Start without attachments if needed. You’ll receive a proposal with scope, timing and price before work begins.
