Training video translation into Spanish.

Adapt training videos, employee onboarding and tutorials for Spanish-speaking teams. Coordinate English-to-Spanish script translation, subtitles and the narration you need, with consistent terminology across videos and supporting materials.

Define the training deliverables

We work with HR and learning teams, internal communications, production companies and course providers. Request a single video, a series of modules or updates to existing content.

We assess your source files and agree what your team will receive: a translated script, subtitle files, narration or a combination. Course integration and editing are confirmed separately.

  • Employee onboarding and orientation videos.
  • Product, software and process tutorials.
  • Presentations and internal communications.
  • Training scripts, assessments and supporting materials.

Script translation and adaptation

English scripts are translated into Spanish with attention to spoken delivery, instructions and available running time. Narration copy may need a different treatment from a handbook or slide.

Product names, roles, interface labels and procedural steps follow your references. We identify on-screen text so the script, subtitles and supporting content use consistent wording.

Spanish subtitles, voice-over or both

Spanish subtitles let you retain the original audio. Narration delivers the content in Spanish, using Sebastián Cortés’s own human voice or a reviewed AI voice.

Choose the combination suited to your viewers, platform and budget. Subtitle and audio formats are agreed in the proposal; you do not need to commission every service.

Consistency across modules and updates

Approved handbooks, glossaries and earlier versions guide terminology in scripts, subtitles and supporting documents. We agree the intended Spanish-speaking audience before translation.

For updates, share the previous version and identified changes. We confirm which passages need translation, new narration or retiming, and list the files to be delivered.

Prepare your video translation request

Include running time, number of videos, source language, audience, requested date, publishing platform and desired deliverables. Share scripts, slides, glossaries and an accessible link to the final video if available.

Start without attachments and include a video link in the comments if needed. Articulate, Storyline or Rise integration, SCORM packaging, mixing and complex editing require specific assessment and agreement. The quote separates the production stages and revisions.

A language handoff for your course team

Send the approved script, on-screen text, captions, learner instructions and supporting documents that need Spanish. Identify what is included instead of assuming the narrated video contains every word a learner will see.

Your instructional designer or developer can supply an agreed text export with identifiers, screenshots and length limits. Translation and review of those texts can be assessed separately from course rebuilding, audio production or LMS integration. Include the final course review responsibilities in the brief.

Before you share your audiovisual project

Can I order script translation only?

Yes. Receive a Spanish script and arrange recording or editing with your own team. Subtitles and narration can also be quoted.

Do you translate employee onboarding videos?

Yes. We review the script, viewers and internal references to agree terminology and the required deliverables.

Can you update selected modules?

Yes. Share the earlier version, updated content and available files. We assess which scripts, subtitles and audio segments need changes.

Does this include uploading the course to our LMS?

Linguistic and audiovisual deliverables are agreed before work begins. LMS integration and authoring-file implementation require a separate assessment and agreement.
